35″ Turret Slitter Rewinder

The slitter rewinder shown is one of our standard machine offerings that was built to spec and is designed to achieve desired cycle times. This turret slitting machine is capable of slitting master rolls of self wound tapes, adhesive films and laminations with a diameter of up to 35″ in. to a minimum .5″ in slit width at 800 fpm. The turret feature allows for an operator to unload finished slit rolls and to set new cores in place for the next cycle while material is being slit onto another shaft.
