74″ Tape Slitter

This slitter rewinder was designed to slit adhesive material on rolls of up to 74″ wide. This user friendly design includes touch screen controls and a pivoting rewind shaft system that assists the operator in doffing slit rolls without having to lift shafts out of the shaft chucks. Built for speeds of up to 300 fpm, this machine utilizes specially coated rolls to deter the material from adhering to rolls throughout its web path and lowering the adhesive properties of the slit rolls. This machine can be set up to slit various slit widths which allows you to minimize set up and to produce various width slit rolls in one run.
