Pinnacle Converting Equipment & Services is dedicated to the health, safety, and success of our employees and customers. The outbreak of Coronavirus, also known as Covid-19, will not change this mentality as the effects of the virus are uncovered over time.

While maintaining our own “Social Distancing” policies in-house during the business day, we are paying close and constant attention to local, regional, and national authorities as the situation unfolds. Many businesses in our locale have initiated plans and adopted policies to not only help alleviate the spread of the virus but to also continue serving their customers. Pinnacle Converting is following that trend.

To maintain the health of our employees as well as others, we have currently adopted these specific policies:

• Our employees are to maintain a safe distance from one another while utilizing proper and frequent hand washing procedures.
• In the event that any employee feels ill or feels uncomfortable of possible exposure to the virus, he or she is encouraged to stay home.
• Any employee that feels the need to quarantine and can conduct day-to-day responsibilities from home is encouraged to do so.
• We are currently not allowing unscheduled visitors but can be reached by phone, email, and or video chat services. Contractors and 3rd parties that are essential to the progress of our operations will be allowed on a scheduled as needed basis. Customers who currently have projects on our floor will also be allowed on a scheduled as-needed basis.

Our business is currently fully functioning and operational. While operating in these unprecedented times, we are poised and positioned to make sensible and safe decisions regarding our day to day operations. Our executive staff is continuously soliciting updates from and are in close contact with our employees, customers, stakeholders, and suppliers. All updates from these parties are welcomed and utilized in the planning and strategies behind producing our machines or conducting our services.
